1. General Policy
MeatShare aims to handle payments, orders, wallet entries, and cooperative records fairly and transparently. Refunds or cancellations may depend on the type of transaction, order status, payment confirmation, delivery stage, and applicable platform rules.
2. Meat Orders
Where meat ordering is available, cancellation may be allowed before processing, fulfillment, or delivery begins. Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or fulfilled, refund eligibility may be limited unless there is a confirmed error, non-delivery, or quality issue.
3. Wallet Credits and Corrections
Wallet balances may be corrected where there is a verified payment error, duplicate transaction, failed payment, incorrect reward calculation, or administrative mistake.
4. Shares and Cooperative Contributions
Share purchases, cooperative contributions, reward-to-share conversions, and member share records may be subject to separate cooperative rules. These transactions may not be treated like ordinary retail refunds unless the cooperative policy allows it.
5. Referral Rewards
Referral rewards may be reversed or withheld if the referred account is fraudulent, duplicate, inactive, cancelled, refunded, or does not meet the qualifying conditions set by MeatShare.
6. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment is deducted but not reflected, users should contact support with transaction reference, payment date, amount, and account details. Verified duplicate or failed payments may be refunded or credited as appropriate.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take time depending on the payment provider, bank, and verification process. MeatShare may request additional information before processing a refund.
8. How to Request a Refund
Contact support through the Contact page and include your name, email, phone number, transaction reference, order ID where applicable, amount, date, and reason for the request.
